Autumn is a popular time of year for school groups at Select English, Cambridge. We welcome a number of closed groups from Spain, Italy, Switzerland and beyond, for one- or two-week courses. Our closed group courses combine English language tuition with other subjects such as Business or Science, along with social activities and excursions.

Our recent Italian group enjoyed a trip to Anglesey Abbey (pictured), a stunning country house just outside Cambridge. With 114 acres of gardens, the historic House and working watermill, Angelsey Abbey offers much for a school group to explore.

Our group courses often include an excursion to London complete with guided walking tour, but we can also offer excursions tailored to each group’s requirements – for example another of our recent groups visited Cadbury World in Birmingham for a business-themed trip. Excursions such as this allow students to apply what they have learned in the classroom to real-world situations.
