BLS English students visited Mildenhall College Academy (MCA) as part of a school integration programme. The course was a combination of study, cultural activities, excursions to London and Cambridge and school integration.
They spent three days at the academy where they learnt about the differences in the education systems, including how English students are active with tasks in their lessons, which is in contrast to Thailand where the teacher focuses on delivery of information.
A spokesman for the school said: “We have hosted staff and students from a number of overseas schools over the past four or five years and feel it provides a valuable cultural experience for both the visitors and our own students.
“Students found the experience very interesting and especially enjoyed sharing differences in language, food and cultural differences.”
